This page is a plain-language summary of how we work not legal advice.

Refund Policy

Custom work is made to your order that’s the whole point of it. Because nothing we make is shelf stock, our refund policy looks a little different from a regular store. Here’s exactly how it works.

01 Custom-made items

Every order at Cen-Tex Graphics apparel, hats, metal art, awards, drinkware, signage and promotional products is produced specifically for you after you approve a digital proof. For that reason, approved custom orders are not eligible for return or refund once production has started.

02 Before production starts

You can cancel or change an order any time before you approve the final proof. If you’ve already paid a deposit, we’ll refund it in full minus any design time already completed (billed at our standard design rate, always quoted up front).

03 If we make a mistake

If your order arrives with a production defect, a misprint, or differs from the proof you approved, we will make it right reprint, remake, or refund the affected items at no cost to you. That’s on us, always.

Report any issue within 14 days of delivery or pickup with a photo of the problem. Approved claims are re-made first; a refund is issued when a remake isn’t possible or wanted.

04 What isn't covered

Typos or artwork errors that were present in the proof you approved

Color variation within normal print and embroidery tolerance (screens and threads render color differently than monitors)

Garment sizing we’re happy to provide size charts and samples before you order

Normal wear, washing damage, or misuse after delivery

Shipping carrier delays outside our control

Call 254-829-2217 or email mattb@centexrs.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We respond within one business day, Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm.

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern orders placed with Cen-Tex Graphics, whether through this website, by email, by phone, or in person at our Elm Mott shop. Placing an order means you accept them.

01 Quotes & pricing

Written quotes are valid for 30 days. Final pricing depends on the approved proof quantity, garment or substrate choice, decoration method, and artwork complexity. If anything changes after quoting, we’ll confirm the new price before proceeding.

02 Proof approval

Every custom order includes a digital proof. Production begins only after written approval (email is fine). Once approved, the proof is the binding reference for the finished product please review spelling, dates, names, placement and colors carefully.

03 Artwork & intellectual property

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logo, artwork, photograph or text you provide. Cen-Tex Graphics is not liable for copyright or trademark claims arising from customer-supplied artwork.

Designs we create for you may be shown in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

04 Turnaround & delivery

Standard turnaround is 5–7 days after proof approval and payment of any required deposit. Turnaround is an estimate, not a guarantee supply-chain delays on blank garments or materials can shift dates, and we’ll tell you as soon as we know.

Rush service is available on many items for an additional fee. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup for shipped orders, or upon pickup for local orders.

05 Payment

A deposit may be required before production, with the balance due on completion or before shipping. We accept cash, check and major cards. Unpaid orders are held until paid in full; orders unclaimed for 60 days may be forfeited without refund of the deposit.

06 Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or event deadlines missed due to causes outside our reasonable control.

07 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of McLennan County, Texas.

We’re a small family shop, not a data company. We collect only what we need to make your order and answer your questions and we never sell your information. Here’s the whole policy, in plain language.

01 What we collect

Contact details you give us: name, business name, email, phone number, shipping address

Order details: artwork files, design instructions, sizes, quantities and order history

Payment information, processed securely by our payment provider (we never store full card numbers)

Basic website usage data such as pages visited, collected through standard analytics

02 How we use it

We use your information to quote, produce, deliver and support your orders, to contact you about proofs and pickup or shipping, and to meet our bookkeeping and tax obligations. With your permission, we may occasionally email you about services or seasonal ordering deadlines you can unsubscribe any time.

03 What we never do

Sell or rent your personal information to anyone

Share your artwork or logos with other customers

Send third-party marketing to your contact details

Retain payment card numbers on our systems

04 Sharing

We share information only with the vendors required to fulfill your order shipping carriers, payment processors, and garment/material suppliers when drop-shipping is needed and only the minimum they need. We may also disclose information when required by law.

05 Data retention & security

Order and invoice records are kept as required by Texas and federal tax law. Artwork files are retained so you can reorder easily; ask us to delete them at any time. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.

06 Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements) by emailing mattb@centexrs.com or calling 254-829-2217.

07 Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
