How long do orders take?

Most orders ship or are ready for pickup in 5–7 days once artwork and details are approved.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes. Rush orders are available call us at 254-829-2217 with your deadline and we’ll tell you what’s possible.

Can I provide my own artwork?

Absolutely. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) work best, but send whatever you have and we’ll work with it.

Do you offer design help?

Yes. If you don’t have finished artwork, we’ll help get your idea press-ready before anything runs.

Do you ship nationwide?

We do. Orders ship anywhere in the country from our shop in Elm Mott, Texas.

Can I pick up locally?

Yes, local pickup is available at 15110 I35 N Frontage Rd, Elm Mott, TX, Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm.

What Products can be customized?

Apparel, hats, metal art and signs, awards, plaques, trophies, drinkware, writing instruments and office pieces.
